The company covers an area of 82500㎡. Total workshop area is 46800㎡, including 14000 ㎡ PhaseⅠworkshop for carbon steel and 15500㎡ Phase Ⅱ workshop for stainless steel and special material. QIDEK owes a 7500㎡ machining workshop, 3800㎡ material warehouse, 6200㎡ back shop, 1200㎡ back plant, 4000㎡ office building and 4800㎡ canteen and dormitory. There is a separate field for production of equipment with stainless steel and special material in the workshop. The workshop is equipped with about 500 sets of a variety of processing equipment; max.100T crane capacity in heavy machine workshop, max.200T crane capacity in welding workshop, 140mm cold rolling machine,26×6m CNC cutting platform, laser cutting machine 6000W 2.5×8m and 30000W 3.5*13m, Gantry plasma welding machine, 24×6.2×6.8m heat treatment furnace, large-scale machining equipment including QIYI DVT800＆DVT630 CNC vertical lathe, BeiYi XKA2840*16 CNC gantry milling. Kunji TK6920 floor type boring and milling machine, self-made 2.5×12m CNC slider grinder and other fabrication facilities. The company has completed support ability for heavy machining for pressure vessel and steel structure.
